The Commercial Manager is a key role within the NOW Commercial team, responsible for Commercial plans and sales forecasts for NOW memberships

What You'll Do

• Devising quarterly Commercial sales plans to deliver new member growth and existing member cross sell
• Identify optimal pricing plans to deliver membership & revenue growth
• Produce accurate, clear, and robust sales forecasts to support Commercial optimisation
• Work closely with marketing and digital teams, providing Commercial expertise to maximise all sales opportunities
• Work with the NOW Planning & Performance team to understand in quarter performance and implement corrective action where necessary
• Provide Commercial support across wider propositional & product initiatives as required
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the inputs and levers of a sales forecast
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• A confident communicator, to be able to influence decision making at Lead and Head of level across the NOW business
• Be able to clearly communicate complex Commercial stories up to Director level

Where you'll work:

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
