Imogen is a fiercely independent and spontaneous young lady who thrives on an adrenaline rush and solving challenging puzzles. Those supporting Imogen need to be okay with variety and last-minute adventures as you might be on a road trip one day, the next tackling an escape room, spending the day hunting for bargains, or analysing the latest true crime mystery together. If life feels better with a bit of unpredictability, you’ll fit right in. For Imogen, having choice and control over her life is non-negotiable. She wants people who will work alongside her, not for her or over her. Building a genuine relationship built on trust, respect, and shared problem solving is key to the role.

As a Team Leader you need to bring a calm, positive energy and be someone who sees possibilities where others see obstacles. We are looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, determined and can keep moving forward when things don’t go to plan. Leadership experience is essential within this role as you will be responsible for developing and supporting a team that matches Imogen's pace and determination. You will recognise strengths, coach their growth, and create a culture where everyone feels valued and motivated to do their best.

We are looking for a Team Leader who will not only build a strong relationship with Imogen but also with her mum who is very important in Imogen’s life. It’s important that you spend the time understanding the perspective of family and work alongside them proactively but also be able to question anything you are unsure about.
