NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. You will be a hands-on full mix Marketing Manager developing and implementing end to end marketing campaigns.
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness of and preference of the organisation's brand, products, and services.

- Control end-to-end campaign plans. Create the brief, coordinate planning meetings with key stakeholders, build the activity schedule, and develop innovative campaigns
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs whilst providing insight into competitors, market trends, and industry insight
- Ensure your peers within the team are fully up to date with your activities when planning strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
- Use campaign performance data to help inform planning and decision-making
- Undertake post-campaign research to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and to inform future workstreams
- Manage multiple priorities at once whilst delivering high quality solutions against a backdrop of ambiguity and changing priorities

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- A track record of delivering marketing and communications projects and campaigns on time and in full, within budget, with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in product management
- Ability to challenge and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; ability to flex style to influence a variety of senior stakeholders
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Goal orientated, able to take on an objective and to transform it into a concrete plan
- Robust understanding of different marketing channels and functions,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to get buy-in from stakeholders within the company
