Salary: Up to £80,000 plus car allowance & comprehensive benefits package

The Opportunity

A key client of ours within the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure industry is offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious and proven estimator to join their team.

The successful Estimator will be responsible for the Estimating department and oversee all projects coming through the door. The client has secured major projects nationwide and is looking for the right candidate to come in and lead from the front. Initially, the candidate will report into Senior Management Team with the view to building an estimating team around them allowing for future growth of the business. The business has recently bid on some large schemes of work and are looking for someone with the know-how and ambition to drive the business forward. The predominance of their work is within the Highways and Earthworks with the vision of working into new civil engineering sectors in the near future.

The Key Requirements

• Variety of civil engineering Estimating experience, ideally in roads/highways
• Experience of all forms of civil engineering contract including traditional, partnering, design & build 2 stage tenders and frameworks.
• Competent in the use of Conquest estimating software (or similar package).
• Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.

Candidates will ideally live in the live in the East Midlands region.
