Role Overview
As a Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing operational activities, managing compliance across all works, and ensuring clear communication between teams, clients, and contractors. You playing a vital role in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring our work runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulations.

As a Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing operational activities, managing compliance across all works, and ensuring clear communication between teams, clients, and contractors. You playing a vital role in coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring our work runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating field operations, ensuring efficient planning and execution of works.
- Using scheduling and management systems to allocate and track jobs.
- Monitoring operational compliance with health & safety and company procedures.
- Liaising with engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Supporting documentation, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, or scheduling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, organised, and compliance-minded approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
