Key Responsibilities:
As our Workplace & Change Manager, you will:
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and implement best practices, trends, and innovative workplace experience initiatives.
- Analyse R&D Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to inform workplace experience strategies for RDES technical sites.
- Develop RDES’ approach to improve workplace experience as it pertains to R&D’s technical sites and consider implications for lab standards.
- Maintain and prioritize a detailed view of change management needs across RDES projects.
- Provide change management expertise to ensure sustainable, impactful change across RDES’ projects.
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of workplace experience initiatives and change management strategies.
- Capture learnings from projects and enhance tools and approaches for future improvements.
- Support RDES’ WELL accreditation plans to optimise workplace health and well-being.
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or Real Estate Planning.
- Experience leading and supporting change initiatives in complex, multinational environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI or LaMarsh), strong project management abilities, and a dedication to understanding and meeting R&D customer needs.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across workplace design, facilities operations, Tech, HR, Comms, and change enablement teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive skills to successfully interact with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to think long-term and strategically while driving solutions forward.
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Masters Degree in a related field.
