Where will you be working?

As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

This role is in our Marketing Communications department, our Marketing Communications team creates and shares key content and materials to inform and engage both existing and new clients, as well as keeping our people informed about what’s happening across our Group.

What will you be doing?

Lead end-to-end marketing projects, coordinating internal teams, external agencies and partners to refresh collateral, conduct competitor research and develop customer case studies.

Work cross-functionally to support brand, content and business growth initiatives, collaborating closely with Business Partners, the Digital Manager and Creative Manager.

Plan and deliver events, trade‑show presence, internal conferences and sponsorships on time and within budget to raise the M Group’s profile.

Ensure brand integrity and consistent application of guidelines across all communications and marketing materials.

Manage project and campaign budgets, oversee supplier onboarding and ensure timely, accurate supplier payments.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent proactive planning and organisational skills, with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of multi‑channel campaign planning, execution and performance analysis.
  • Confident with digital and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and proactive about following emerging trends.
  • Positive, can‑do approach to collaboration, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget using available resources.
  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
