Join us at our exclusive Boutique Crazy Bear Hotel as we seek out an exceptional Wok Chef to ignite our Thai kitchen with culinary brilliance!

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Wok Chef who has a background in fine dining or a high quality, fresh food establishment for our boutique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. As our Wok Chef you’ll be working in a fast-paced Thai kitchen serving up to 150 covers a day.

Wok Chef Requirements

• Min 2 years' experience in a Thai cooking
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience running a section
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
