Cocktail Lounge Manager – Beaconsfield – Boutique Hotel

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Cocktail Lounge Manager who has a background in fine dining or a high-quality establishment for our unique hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield. We have 48 boutique bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, an award-winning cocktail bar, private dining rooms, a Moroccan lounge and terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.

Cocktail Lounge Manager Duties

• Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughout
• Stock taking and ordering
• Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by example
• Managing employee and guest feedback, including complaints, quickly and efficiently; finding suitable solutions to any problems that may arise and communicating issues to other HOD’s and colleagues in a constructive and clear manner
• Ensuring that all guests consistently receive prompt, professional attention, and outstanding personal service
• Working with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff
  
  

This is a key position in the company with direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of our bar floor. The Cocktail Lounge Manager will need to lead by example, possess first-class attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding expectations and a supportive nature for operational excellence.
