- Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely
- Build relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreements
- Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same
- Ensure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near misses
- Motivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirations
- Improve returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experience
- Control and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc.
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team of Drivers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment

- Current valid Driving License
