Sound like a winning formula for you. Join us!

The Role

Join us at the heart of live entertainment as we transform the way ticketing powers unforgettable experiences. We’re seeking someone who thrives off technology, someone highly creative to help lead our evolution from spreadsheet-driven workflows to a unified, data-centric platform that drives smarter decisions and greater impact.

In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of technology, analytics, and live event production—collaborating with our leading ticketing partners: AXS, Eventim, and Ticketmaster, as well as internal teams, promoters, and senior stakeholders across our UK and EU venues.

Your mission: to design and deliver the next generation of ticketing operations—building tools, processes, and insights that unlock profitability, empower collaboration, and set new standards for how we bring live events to life. From centralised BI reporting to an innovative 3D venue manifest application, your work will help shape a platform that puts us ahead of the curve and at the centre of the action.

Please Note: This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What We Offer

At Legends Global, hosting events is what we do best—and we want our people to experience it too. Enjoy discounted tickets to your favourite events and unleash your inner superfan.

Work hard, rest well: you’ll get 25 days of annual #leave plus bank holidays.

We care about life outside work—our Life Assurance policy helps protect your loved ones while you focus on success.

Plan for the future, with our 5% pension contribution, so your golden years are all about the bucket list.

HealthShield helps cover unexpected medical costs such as, dental, physio, and counselling expenses—for you and your children.

We’ve partnered with AXA Health to offer an Employee Assistance Programme supporting mental wellbeing.

See clearly and think big with our eye care vouchers and glasses contribution.

Go green and get fit with our Cycle to Work scheme.

And because great people know great people—refer a friend and get rewarded.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Modernising ticketing operations – mapping existing workflows and designing a centralised, API-driven manifest creation system supported by clear SOPs and best practices across teams and partners.
  • Building a unified data and reporting ecosystem – developing a data warehouse and intuitive dashboards that surface real-time insights, enable self-service reporting, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Delivering innovative profit-optimisation tools – leading the creation of a collaborative 3D venue manifest platform and related applications that help promoters and internal teams maximise revenue.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and partners – acting as the technical bridge between ticketing providers, internal departments, and senior leadership to align goals and drive transformation.
  • Overseeing project delivery and governance – managing timelines, budgets, and risks using agile principles while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR).

You’ll Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and ETL concepts, with experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and API integration using modern web technologies.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and translating complex ticketing data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike and coordinate effectively across teams and partners.
  • A creative, solutions-focused approach – enthusiasm for innovation, particularly in visualising venue layouts and exploring new ways to optimise revenue
