About Us

We’re part strategic consultancy, part design agency. We shape the strategy and create the work that consumers see and experience.

We’re proud to be fiercely independent, working with brands we believe in and building our company around the things that energise us. That means meaningful collaboration, genuine empowerment, and the ability to move with pace and flexibility for our clients.

We’re looking for designers who want to make their mark. People who thrive in environments that aren’t overly neat or tightly prescribed. Those who embrace ownership, enjoy variety, and feel energised by the opportunity to shape both the work and the way we work.

Role/s Overview

This is an open, ongoing opportunity for talented designers at mid-weight, senior, and lead levels.

We’re building a roster of versatile creatives who can contribute across a wide spectrum of design needs, from brand-led storytelling and campaign creative, through to UX/UI and digital product design for large-scale brand and ecommerce experiences.

Whether your strengths sit in graphic communication, digital experience, systems design, or concept-driven creative, you’ll work closely with design leadership, strategy teams, and client partners to deliver work that’s visually strong, thoughtful, and grounded in real user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your background and level, your role may include:

Brand & Creative Design

  • Developing concepts and visual directions for campaigns, brand moments, and digital content.
  • Crafting assets across formats and platforms, social, motion, web, retail, and product storytelling.
  • Translating strategic or conceptual briefs into compelling, high-quality creative executions.
  • Evolving brand expression through typography, colour, composition, art direction, and visual systems.

Product & Experience Design (UX/UI)

  • Designing intuitive, accessible, user-centred digital experiences across mobile and web.
  • Evolving and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma, including components, variants, and states.
  • Mapping user journeys, flows, and interactions to solve real problems within ecommerce and/or consumer goods digital experiences
  • Supporting or leading workshops, research sessions, and discovery activities with cross-functional teams.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Working closely with strategy, product, creative and engineering partners.
  • Presenting work clearly and confidently to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Participating in structured feedback cycles, iterating quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Contributing to/or in lead roles, shaping ways of working, playbooks, and craft standards.

What We’re Looking For

You might be a fit if you bring a blend of the following:

Core Skills

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, whether visual design, UX/UI, or both.
  • Fluency in Figma; Adobe tools for brand-led roles.
  • A solid grounding in layout, typography, colour, interaction design, or
  • systems thinking.
  • Experience designing for modern digital environments (global consumer brands and retailers a plus)
  • For lead-level applicants: experience mentoring others, raising the quality of work, and guiding clients with confidence.

Mindset & Behaviours

  • Creative curiosity and the desire to push ideas further.
  • Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate rationale and
  • listen actively.
  • A strategic, problem-solving mindset that connects design to broader
  • business aims.
  • A willingness to explore new tools, practices, and design approaches.

Benefits

  • Remote first, with regular opportunities to collaborate in-person as a team
  • 25 days holiday days, in addition to bank holidays
  • Regular team-wide get-togethers
  • Up to 20 days per year overseas working per year
  • Company pension with 4% employer contribution
  • 2 paid volunteer activities per calendar year (weigh in with passions and ideas!), and charitable donation matching
  • An annual well-being budget to use on general physical and mental wellness as employees see fit
