Supply Chain Coordinator

Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday (shifts between 0700 and 1700)

Permanent

Up to £27,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Materials team based at The Princess Grace Hospital. This role is vital in providing comprehensive goods receipting services into the hospital.

What You’ll Do

  • To work as a part of Theatre Supply Chain team supporting needs of the theatres along with the wider Princess Grace Supply chain team
  • To manage goods Inwards, checking and receipting of goods into the Hospital and ensuring goods are segregated as per requesting departments
  • To receive, check and put away Materials Management products at the appropriate locations. Identify and report discrepancies as appropriate
  • To perform cycle count for inventory stocks in a timely and accurate manner to maintain stock at an agreed level
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure goods are returned to the suppliers in respect of product recalls and routine returns for incorrect deliveries
  • To assist with the monthly high cost consumables count, quarterly consignment counts and annual stock take

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous Materials experience is essential, ideally within a theatre environment
  • Good Communication skills
  • Basic IT Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams
