We are seeking two Team Leaders to join our Adult Social Care & Health, Financial Services team. While our management team works flexibly together to support the wider service, the area of focus for these posts will be;
Finance & Benefits Assessment (FABA) Team Leader- The main role of the team is to complete financial assessments, ensure appropriate billing and providing advice and support to adults, members of the public and internal colleagues regarding financial assessments.
The Revenue Team Leader - The Revenue Team supports adults that have outstanding client contribution debt. They ensure the client contribution is affordable; including completing financial hardship assessments and help to set up payment plans to recover debt in full. The Team Leader for Revenue also supports our team of Financial Assessment Assistants in reviewing referrals into FABA and completing some standard financial assessments.
We are looking for candidates who...
We operate a hybrid working arrangement. During your first few weeks, you will be working from our office in Eastbourne. After an initial induction period you will complete some work from of office in Eastbourne, at a minimum of one day each week with the rest of the time working from home. This is a flexible arrangement and additional attendance at the office will be required in line with the needs of the service. These roles will also require some travel to visit adults in their own homes, therefore the ability to travel across the county is also required.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
