About The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs (SEN) in a warm and inclusive school environment. You will play a key role in assisting students with their personal care needs, including hygiene, mobility, and other daily activities, while also supporting their learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to students, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Support students with SEN in their educational activities, promoting a positive learning experience.
- Assist with mobility and physical support needs as required.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and document student progress and well-being.
- Experience working with children or young adults with SEN, particularly in a personal care capacity.
- A compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting the well-being and educational development of students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in personal care or SEN support is desirable.
