Roofing Supervisor

Roofing repairs supervisor required.

To manage and support the maintenance team in their duties on behalf of a large housing association

Your work will be encompassing projects in Salisbury, Warminster & Shaftesbury, with required travel to Hungerford once a week.

The Most Important Things You Will Do Are

• Undertake repair/renewal roofing works.
• Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager.
• Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
• Remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of skill area.
• Experience managing sub contractors, ensuring h&s and work quality on point
  
  

REQUIRED Experience

• Commercial / housing maintenance housing experience
• Response / reactive maintenance & planned works experience
• Experience of working closely with trades and resource planners & sub contractors
• Tool box talks
• 1 to 1's
• CSCS Card
• Hold a minimum of a SSSTS
• First Aid and advantage
