Job Title: Behavioural Teaching Assistant

Location: Ringwood

Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 Per Hour

Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time

Start date: Immediate

Are you passionate about supporting students in managing their behaviour and promoting positive outcomes? GSL Education Bournemouth are currently seeking a dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to work in a school in Ringwood.

As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who display challenging behaviours, helping them manage their behaviour and achieve success in the classroom. You will work alongside teachers and other staff to create a positive and nurturing environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Supporting students in managing their behaviour and promoting positive outcomes.
• Assisting teachers in creating a supportive classroom environment.
• Helping students develop positive behavioural strategies.
• Collaborating with staff and external professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Behavioural Teaching Assistant or similar role.
• A patient and proactive approach to supporting students with challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for all students.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
