Your New Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals in their daily routines and ensuring their psychological needs are met.
- Engaging in community activities to build strong relationships and boost self-esteem.
- Working on a flexible rota, including days, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
- Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
- A commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training.
- The ability to work effectively within a team to provide the best service possible.
- A valid driving licence is essential for this role
- Weekly pay.
