Salary: £120 - £150 Per day (Depending on experience)

About The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms across various subjects and year groups, delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment for students. This role requires confidence, adaptability and strong classroom management skills to engage students effectively and maintain continuity in their learning.

Key Responsibilities Of Supply Teacher

• Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment, ensuring students remain focused on learning.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings, following each school's policies and expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate effectively with school staff.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school discipline procedures when necessary.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  
  

The Successful Candidate Will

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is a must.
• Previous experience in teaching or classroom management, either as a qualified teacher.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• The flexibility to work across different subjects and key stages as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
