  • Be a Strategic Game-Changer : Take the lead in shaping and delivering supply strategies across the UK & Ireland, making a real difference in how our products reach our customers

  • Drive Meaningful Change: Identify and lead high-impact projects that boost productivity and service levels—your ideas will directly influence how the business performs
  • Connect Strategy with Action: Ensure that operational plans align with the company’s value proposition across diverse product lines and customer needs
  • Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with Product and Sales teams to shape service offerings that are both customer-focused and operationally sound
  • Make Numbers Work Smarter: Build and maintain Cost to Serve models and help Finance align internal charges with real-world operational costs—your insights will shape smarter financial decisions.

What Makes You Great

  • Supply Chain Management: Good understanding of supply chain principles
  • Optimisation Techniques : Knowledge of optimization methods and tools used to enhance network efficiency, strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Digital and Automation Technologies : Familiarity with digital tools and automation technologies that can improve operational efficiency. Good standard of proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Business Continuity Planning : Understanding of strategies and practices for ensuring business operations can continue during disruptions
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Work with integrity : Role modelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
