We strive to be the best in the business, and we are looking for a talented eCOS Account Manager with a determination to provide the best service to our client.
Hybrid working available after 6 months.
What We Need from You!
You will be responsible for training and upskilling our clients in all aspects of our systems, ensuring their interactions with InfoTrack run as smoothly as possible and helping to drive digital change within Conveyancing. You will be showcasing our eCOS (electronic client onboarding software) platform and demonstrating how great our products are, and the benefits of using them! You will be calling, emailing, and meeting our clients daily, so a good dose of confidence is key!
A talent for identifying areas of growth and cross selling our products through the monitoring of your account’s usage. As well as ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently by collaborating with other departments throughout the business.
