The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping Lenovos sustainability services, driving strategic direction, improving data quality, and supporting the development of innovative sustainability offerings. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across multiple functions to enhance Lenovos sustainability impact and market positioning.

The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping Lenovos sustainability services, driving strategic direction, improving data quality, and supporting the development of innovative sustainability offerings. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across multiple functions to enhance Lenovos sustainability impact and market positioning.
Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
- Support the definition and execution of Lenovos sustainability services strategy.
- Create compelling strategic presentations (PPT) to communicate key initiatives.
- Prepare and facilitate strategic workshops for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with finance to develop and maintain strategic financial dashboards.
- Translate customer insights into new sustainability propositions and service offerings.
- Work with internal teams and external providers to enhance data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the overall strategic direction of Lenovos sustainability services data platform.
- Ensure alignment with industry sustainability standards and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the initiation of new sustainability services, starting from the pre-concept phase.
- Develop strategies around sustainability in data centers, improving efficiency and environmental impact.
- Support the building of external alliances to strengthen Lenovos go-to-market strategy and identify partnership opportunities to advance Lenovos sustainability initiatives globally.
- Proven experience in sustainability and strategy formation.
- Familiarity with sustainability data standards (LCA methodology, modeling, reporting).
- Strong PPT skills for strategic presentations.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with technical detail.
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
