Job Description
As a Chef you will be responsible for cooking and supporting the Head chef in completing customer orders.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be part of the Bar and Catering Team, who will contribute in achieving the highest standard of food production for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets.

Job Description
As a Chef you will be responsible for cooking and supporting the Head chef in completing customer orders.
Reporting to the Head Chef you will be part of the Bar and Catering Team, who will contribute in achieving the highest standard of food production for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals within budget.
- Prepare food promptly based on customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to cleaning schedules.
- Manage stock and minimize wastage.
- Stay updated on foodservice trends and contribute new ideas.
- Assist with any tasks requested by the Head or Assistant Head Chef.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and report any issues.
- Comply with food hygiene regulations.
- Act as a fire warden and/or first aider if required.
- Basic knowledge of allergens and food hygiene - training will be given.
- Qualifications in food hygiene & Catering, for example BTEC HND in professional cookery or equivalent
- "A” Level or similar vocational standard
- Previous experience in a similar role
