The Sr. Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key additive manufacturing products and platforms. This role is responsible for identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and delivering successful product launches in collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. The Sr. Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and the business, driving innovation and execution to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.

The Sr. Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key additive manufacturing products and platforms. This role is responsible for identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and delivering successful product launches in collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. The Sr. Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and the business, driving innovation and execution to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with company strategy and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional product development from concept through launch and end-of-life.
- Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to define requirements and business cases.
- Record, interpret, and report test data with attention to accuracy, repeatability, and traceability.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to develop and prioritize feature backlogs and release plans.
- Serve as the product subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, launch planning, pricing, and positioning in collaboration with marketing and sales.
- Four Year Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of product management or related experience in technology or manufacturing industries
- 3+ Years managing complex product lifecycles, from ideation to post-launch
- 5+ years of market research, financial analysis, and product strategy
- Experience working in Agile product development environments
- Experience in additive manufacturing, industrial equipment, or B2B technology markets
- Familiarity with PLM systems, product analytics tools, and customer feedback platforms
- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing SaaS, hardware, or integrated system products
