Solicitor/Associate or Senior Associate Fraud

DWF is currently recruiting for an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its nationally recognised Insurance Fraud team. This role offers a hybrid based model.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraudulent claims, including motor, EL/PL, staged/contrived accidents, and organised fraud rings.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Fraud practice.
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
  
  

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

• 1-5 years PQE with strong experience in insurance fraud litigation (claimant or defendant).
• A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Commercial acumen and experience in delivering excellent client service.
• A proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management.
