We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Supervisor to manage and coordinate logistics operations across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the distribution and supply of HVAC systems and fire pump equipment. Based in the UK, this role involves overseeing transport, warehousing, export/import compliance, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA for HVAC and fire pump products.
  • Plan and coordinate international shipments (road, sea, and air freight), including full container loads (FCL), less than container loads (LCL), and break-bulk.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, customs documentation, export controls, and local import requirements.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize routes, transit times, and costs.
  • Maintain accurate export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and EUR1/ATR forms.
  • Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams to align shipping schedules with customer requirements and lead times.
  • Monitor and report on logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, freight cost per unit, and customs clearance times.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all health and safety, security, and environmental standards related to logistics operations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics/export, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of global logistics operations, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Familiarity with EMEA regional customs and import regulations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities (especially French, Arabic, or German) are a strong asset.
