Role description:

Our Health business has doubled in size since 2020, with further year-on-year growth expected over the next 3 years.

We are looking to recruit Senior Project Managers with healthcare delivery experience to lead various health care projects which Arcadis are leading on. If you are currently within a consultancy and looking for your next opportunity within capital delivery on major healthcare infrastructure projects, then read on.

Role accountabilities:

• Your role shall be to lead teams to project manage the capital project delivery
• As part of your role in managing people, you shall be responsible for the outputs and standards of delivery and/or mentor, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of colleagues in order to achieve project objectives and continuously improve results.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven Project Management experience within a consulting / construction related field.
• Health and capital delivery experience is key (NEC3 or 4 and P22, if possible)
• Responsible for performance management of multiple projects and project teams / resource and engaging with senior leadership team.
• Proven health delivery experience with senior stakeholders and operationally managing a project team.
• Expertise in the use of digital solutions / products desirable.
• Understanding of data analytics desirable
