Sister/Charge Nurse - Adult IPU

We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior nurse to join our established Inpatient Adult Care team.

You will act as a Sister/Charge Nurse, managing and leading the in-patient unit during your scheduled shifts; you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care to our patients and families.

• Regularly takes responsibility for being the nurse in charge, formulating plans for patient care, managing frequent changes, and leading the shift.
• Responsible for delegating workload to staff, ensure nursing care is delivered to the highest standard and reflects the needs of the patient.
• Manage and lead the in patient team, promoting a positive inclusive, organisational culture.
