We are seeking a highly experienced SharePoint professional with a proven ability to deliver practical, creative solutions in complex and constrained environments.
This role is not focused on conventional deployments or textbook implementations.
Instead, it demands a deep understanding of SharePoint’s architecture and behaviour in real-world scenarios particularly where standard functionality is limited and ingenuity is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative SharePoint solutions in environments with restricted capabilities or limited administrative access
- Identify and execute workarounds for missing features or configuration limitations
- Resolve technical challenges using unconventional methods and resourceful thinking
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams operating in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Maintain essential documentation to support continuity and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, functional solutions under non-ideal conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in unpredictable technical environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Attributes:
- A portfolio showcasing inventive SharePoint implementations or unconventional problem-solving
- Comfort working without full administrative privileges or formal governance structures
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results with limited resources

- Candidates seeking structured, large-scale deployments or governance-focused roles
