Position: BMW Group Compliance - 13 Month Placement

Location: Goodwood or Oxford

Start Date: July 2026

BMW Group, we be­lieve in cre­ating an envi­ron­ment where you can learn and develop with us. We’re seeking a Compliance intern to join us in July 2025 for a 12-month contract, where you would be part of our team from day one, encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and given the opportunity to really show what you can do.

What awaits you?

The Compliance department UK and Ireland covers most entities of the BMW Group in UK and Ireland, including the National Sales Company in Farnborough, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, and the production plants in Oxford, Swindon and Hams Hall. The department covers the areas of, among others, Antitrust Compliance, Anti-Corruption, Fraud Prevention, Human Rights Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Product Compliance, and FCA Compliance.

As a Compliance Intern, you will support our compliance managers in the implementation and assurance of;

  • Communicating and conducting respective compliance trainings.
  • Conducting respective awareness campaigns and communication activities.
  • Advising employees on respective processes.
  • Conducting spot checks.
  • Drafting internal and external reports.

What should you bring along?

  • Studying towards a degree in Governance, Law, Business or any other relevant discipline
  • Strong interest in corporate compliance topics
  • Communication skills for training, awareness activities, and advising colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude for supporting compliance implementation and monitoring.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to new assignments as needed.

Whilst this role is advertised as being based in Farnborough, the location is flexible and could also be in Oxford or Goodwood to suit the candidate.

What do you need to do now?

To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
