  • Revenue Focused: A GTM strategy focused on a combined revenue from Licenses and Professional Services instead of just margin makes an enormous difference in regards to partner and customer relationships. This ensures customer value is maximised and improves the lifetime value of the resellers and their customers in turn.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a distributor we already have relationships with 200+ resellers in the UK alone. You will be expected to acquire, develop and expand these partner relationships, driving growth and success across the UK market
  • You will work with partners to increase business performance and product mix achieving services led sales ambition
  • Play a critical role in delivering strong results through innovative campaigns, smart strategic planning, and close collaboration with both internal teams and partners
  • You will be driving and executing comprehensive GTM plans with target Partners to achieve revenue goals, aligned with the respective GTM strategies
  • Be the key driver in exceeding revenue goals while fostering a win-win approach for all stakeholders
  • Build trust and credibility with partners to support open days, presentations and ensure that the CGS presales team get introduced to the end-user customer to support closing deals.
  • As part of your role you will be home and field based spending time in the field building relationships with key stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You’ve got 5+ years of proven success in sales through a partner-driven model
  • You have had formal sales training and are a career focused sales professional
  • Natural leadership ability with sharp business development acumen, who strives for excellence
  • Ability to develop, build, secure and maintain relationships with key relationships at all levels within a client/collaborator organization
  • Self driven to exceed targets and meet deadlines
  • You’re passionate about working in fast-paced environments where you can make a real impact
  • You’re highly organised, results-oriented and excited about taking on new challenges
  • You have had exposure to and understand technical professional services
  • You will ideally have experience in the software distribution channel for either a reseller, a distributor or a industry leading MSP.
