£62,944-£69,713 per annum (pay award pending which will uplift these)

38 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)

Total rewards package of around £79-87.5k

32 - 37 hours per week

We are looking for our first Head of Strategy and Partnerships to lead a set of council services.

You will come into an organisation with a clear organisational strategic direction and staff who are passionate about delivering our shared vision to our community here in the beautiful Southwest.

You will bring relevant experience from an economy and delivery, planning policy, communications and marketing, business transformation, coastal and drainage, climate change, community safety, safeguarding or corporate policy/strategy/performance background.

You will be an inspirational leader with both strategic and operational experience including experience of change management, partnership working, contract management and commissioning.
