Do you have a passion for paid advertising and want to work for a company with big ambitions? This performance marketing agency is looking for a talented Senior Paid Social Specialist to join their fast-growing team and help their clients stand out amongst the crowd.

With a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start-ups to national brands, you'll be working on a variety of exciting projects and achieving breakthrough results for them!

What You’re Getting Yourself Into

The team of 21 marketers will continue to help you grow your skills to new heights! Your goal as a Senior Paid Social Specialist will be to drive strong performance across social advertising campaigns to hit client core KPI’s and beyond. You’ll have autonomy over your work and will be given the space to experiment and develop your social advertising skill set. The team is obsessed with being better every single day, and they do this by sharing their expertise and collaborating to achieve data-driven results.

This is a full-time role. If you're based outside of the UK, this would be a contractor role.

How You Will Spend Your Time

  • Consistently achieving monthly ad spend and revenue goals by planning paid campaigns acoss multiple social channels
  • Monitoring and reporting on the success of the campaigns to the internal team and clients to make sure targets are met and performance is rising
  • Developing a data-orientated approach to media buying by conducting A/B tests for new creatives, audiences, and strategies and using these metrics to improve performance and help scale the campaigns
  • You will be using powerful reporting tools such as Shopify Reports, Motion and Agency Analytics to ensure all decisions made are data driven
  • Elevating client relationships by establishing performance-based goals, setting expectations, finding ways to make a positive impact, and soliciting feedback
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in the eCommerce field & media buying to ensure that your strategies and media buying methods are refreshed
  • Driving conversations through creating thumb-stopping ads by writing direct-response copy for them that resonates with the audience
  • Collaborating closely with the design team to brief them on creative performance and strategise for new angles to test
  • Work closely with our Head of Paid Social and the wider team to align on all activity and progress

Who You Are

  • You have several years of experience in media buying, and have managed clients with an ad spend of at least £30k - £50k per month
  • You have worked with and have an understanding of different advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams
  • You have experience working in in advertising agency, startup or service-based business
  • You have worked with clients from the D2C industry
  • You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel
  • You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices
  • You are detail-oriented & love analysing and tracking data
  • You are a self-starter and can motivate yourself without others’ guidance
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
