Mercedes-Benz UK (MBUK) are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and execution across the UK market. Mercedes-Benz UK (MBUK) are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and execution across the UK market. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to maximise new and used car sales performance, profitability, and market share in the UK.
- Champion the continuous evolution of the MBUK Agency Direct to Consumer model.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with the Mercedes-Benz Retailer Network, their investors, and key stakeholders across MBUK and Mercedes-Benz AG.
- Streamline logistics and vehicle supply to optimise all sales functions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand promise.
- Proven senior leadership experience in sales from within the automotive industry.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of the UK automotive market and consumer behaviour.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
