The Role

Join us as a Content Creator and become the storyteller behind our rapid expansion across multiple industries.

We're seeking a strategic and tactical storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into impact someone who can craft compelling content that not only captures attention but converts prospects into loyal customers.

In this important role, you'll orchestrate content across every touchpoint of the customer journey, driving measurable results from initial brand discovery through to final conversion.

As a key member of Serve First CX's marketing team, you'll be central to elevating our brand presence across the retail, hospitality, leisure, and facilities management sectors.

By producing engaging, consistent, and customer-focused content, you will support our mission to help brands deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Your work will directly contribute to:

  • Building Serve First CX’s reputation as a trusted leader in mystery shopping, feedback solutions, audits, and employee engagement tools.
  • Driving lead generation through compelling storytelling that resonates with decision-makers like Retail Directors, Operations & Customer Experience CX Leads, and the C Suite.
  • Educating prospects and clients on the value of our AI-powered platforms that transform feedback into actionable insights.
  • Creating content that strengthens our customer-first brand voice while positioning us positively against competitors like Ipsos, Market Force, and HGEM


What You Will Do

Social Media & Digital Content

Manage Serve First CX’s social media presence, creating content that aligns with trends in CX, retail, hospitality, and Facilities Management

Grow engagement through LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership, and customer success stories.

Content Creation

  • Research and write blogs, reports, case studies, whitepapers, and client proposals showcasing the impact of our solutions (e.g., mystery shopping, AuditPro:360, Next-Gen Feedback Terminals).
  • Develop case studies and testimonials across a variety of formats.
  • Create visual and written content for campaigns: landing pages, emails, sales collateral, and infographics.
  • Support content creation for proposals and presentations, working closely with sales and SDRs.


Campaign Support & Analytics

  • Build and maintain a rich content calendar for brand awareness and lead generation aligned to product launches, events, brand and sector campaigns.
  • Repurpose data from client reports, product sheets, and proposals into engaging thought-leadership content.
  • Research new CX insights for development of compelling and valuable new content, positioning Serve First as a thought leader in the sectors that it serves.
  • Track campaign performance, providing insights on impressions, engagement, conversions, and opportunities to improve.


Event & Video Content

  • Assist with creating video snippets, animations, and case-study reels to bring Serve First CX’s story to life.
  • Support the team at trade shows and events with branded materials and live coverage.
  • Design and promote thought leadership webinars


What You Will Bring

  • 1+ years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or communications (B2B/SaaS/agency experience a plus).
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to adapt tone for professional audiences across industries.
  • A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field preferred, though we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds who can demonstrate strong writing skills and content creation expertise.
  • Confidence using tools such as Chat GPT, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media scheduling tools, and content management systems (HubSpot experience an advantage).
  • Interest in customer experience, retail, hospitality, or operational excellence.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative attitude comfortable working with sales, marketing, product, and client-facing team.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating content that makes an impact.
