Take full ownership of electrical and mechanical systems across a high-volume production site, where your decisions directly shape uptime and reliability.

You'll have hands-on control of critical kit, solving problems fast and influencing long-term improvements without layers of sign-off slowing you down.

You'll grow your expertise across both disciplines, building on electrical and mechanical knowledge while working with advanced automation and control systems.

From tackling complex breakdowns to leading installation and upgrade projects, your work will directly improve performance across the site. You'll gain real project management experience, while also mentoring junior engineers and passing on the knowledge that shapes the next generation of talent.

What you'll need

• Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• A want to develop knowledge and willingness to complete any necessary training
