The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Resourcer includes:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify a diverse pool of candidates, including passive candidates, through job boards, social media, talent pools, and employee referrals;
- Provide insights into market trends and talent availability in APAC, EMEA and America;
- Manage and advertise open positions on various job boards including LinkedIn and company careers page;
- Screen applications from adverts and shortlist candidates for potential interviews;
- Conduct phone screening calls with passive and active candidates to understand and identify their career goals and objectives;
- Grow and maintain a warm pipeline of candidates, across multiple sectors to support with business growth;
- Maintain up to date records of candidate interactions and job applications.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience using LinkedIn or an Applicant Tracking System would be highly advantageous but not critical;
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities;
- Ability to work both independently and as a team;
- Flexibility – we are a global company across multiple time zones!
- Ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organisation;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities;
- A keen interest in the recruitment industry with the desire to learn and grow!
