South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust are one of the largest employers in Warwickshire.
As such we are recruiting a very dynamic and enthusiastic Recruitment Administration Assistant on a fixed term basis.
We set ourselves ambitious targets around efficiency and quality and make sure each recruitment process is a success. In order to meet these high standards we need people who are efficient, effective, resourceful and determined in their approach.
Working directly with Recruitment Assistants, Recruitment Advisors, Recruiting managers and candidates you will be the main face of the recruitment process for the divisions assigned to your team. You will ensure all documentation and information recruiting managers need ahead of interview is prepared and that each candidate moves through the pre-employment screening process quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality. This is blended approach and will require face to face employment checks for some new applicants.
To provide a comprehensive, efficient and responsive recruitment and
selection service to the Trust and to provide full support in the
administrative aspects of Recruitment. To contribute fully as a member
of the Human Resources Team, working closely with and providing
cover as requested for colleagues within the function
