As part of our expanding AI team, we're seeking talented graduates to join as AI Solution Engineers. You'll work with our established infrastructure and tooling to implement AI solutions both for our customer-facing products and internal operations.

The Role
As part of our expanding AI team, we're seeking talented graduates to join as AI Solution Engineers. You'll work with our established infrastructure and tooling to implement AI solutions both for our customer-facing products and internal operations.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows and integrations
- Work closely with our AI team to implement effective solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and technical specifications
- Test and troubleshoot deployed solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our AI implementation practices
Required
We're looking for graduates with a blend of technical aptitude and business acumen. While deep AI expertise isn't required, you should have:
- Basic understanding of workflow automation
- Foundational knowledge of Python programming
- Interest in learning JavaScript
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Keen attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with any workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools
- Interest in conversation design
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
