We develop advanced strategies for HFT, MEV, and DeFi on Solana and other L1 blockchains.
Our team includes the founders of one of the largest Ethereum mining pools (3% of all blocks pre-Merge hardfork). Today, our full focus is on algorithm development for digital markets.
About The Role
We are looking for a Quant Engineer to help us build and optimize trading algorithms for high-speed, high-volatility digital asset environments.

About The Role
We are looking for a Quant Engineer to help us build and optimize trading algorithms for high-speed, high-volatility digital asset environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize trading strategies (HFT, MEV).
- Analyze and model market processes mathematically.
- Develop solutions in Rust (or C++ with a transition to Rust).
- Research innovative approaches in algorithmic trading and DeFi.
- Experience in Quant development or a strong background in mathematics/algorithms.
- Proficiency in Rust or C++.
- Understanding of multithreading and low-latency systems.
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with market data, trading platforms, or trading a plus.
- Familiarity with DeFi/crypto markets a bonus, but not required.
- Experience with HFT or MEV.
- Knowledge of Solana or other L1 infrastructures.
- Experience building high-performance system-level solutions.
- Remote work or relocation (to be discussed).
- Work in a tight-knit, high-tech team with direct influence on the product.
- No investors or bureaucracy the team controls all strategies independently.
