At Enchanting Travels, we are looking to hire a Product and Procurement Manager (Europe) in the UK, collaborating with our global team!

Our success relies on a passionate, service-driven multicultural team of 160 individuals from 17 nationalities, working across offices in the USA, Germany, India, Costa Rica, South Africa, and Kenya.
As the Product and Procurement Manager for Europe, you’ll help shape product development and procurement in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that values bold ideas and challenges industry norms. As the Product and Procurement Manager for Europe, you’ll help shape product development and procurement in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that values bold ideas and challenges industry norms. - Product Ownership: Take full ownership of designing, managing, and continuously enhancing our travel product portfolio to drive guest satisfaction and business growth.
- Manage procurement activities: Including tender processes, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, and analysis of pricing and market rate developments to ensure cost-effective and compliant sourcing strategies.
- Strategic Partner Management: Identify, select, and build strong relationships with trusted travel partners, negotiating competitive rates and exclusive offers.
- Performance Leadership: Set clear expectations for partners, monitor their performance systematically, and take swift action to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery.
- Market Insight & Innovation: Use deep insights into customer needs and competitor analysis to develop relevant, competitive, and compelling offerings.
- System & Pricing Expertise: Manage product setup and pricing strategies within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Proven experience in Product Management or Procurement positions within tourism, ideally with an international tour operator
- Deep knowledge of European travel destinations and insight into the needs of North American travellers
- Proven experience in the area of procurement, including tender management, negotiation of supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, and analysis of rate developments
- Bring an analytical approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to communicate with empathy, assertiveness, and professionalism
- A genuine passion for curating exceptional and memorable travel experiences
