We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project/Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role involves overseeing complex projects or programmes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You'll play a key role in driving outcomes, improving processes, and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Primarily working within Workwell Global which is a leading provider of global workforce compliance, employer of record (EOR), and international payroll solutions.

£58k- £65k Prorated | Mon – Friday | 9:00 – 17:30 | Full Time | 6 Month FTC with potential to go perm | Remote with occasional on-site in our London Office (Close to Liverpool Street Station)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of one or more high-impact projects or programmes.
- Assist in defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in line with business needs.
- Developing and maintaining pragmatic plans, timelines, milestones, and risk registers.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication throughout delivery.
- Managing risks, dependencies, and changes proactively to keep initiatives on track.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring governance and compliance with PMO standards and best practices.
- Reporting regularly to senior leadership on progress, performance, and risks.
- Supporting continuous improvement and fostering a collaborative project culture.
- Has 5+ years of experience in project and/or programme management.
- Holds a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Has a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Is comfortable managing multiple priorities, teams, and stakeholders.
- Has a solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Is highly organised, adaptable, and solution-focused.
- Communicates clearly and confidently at all levels.
- Is proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Holds a relevant certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP (preferred).
- Brings experience in compliance and payroll, operating within a globally distributed team (a plus).
