Job Purpose:

This is a 12-month internship opportunity starting October 1st. You will provide administrative and operational support to assist with day-to-day procurement processes and performance activities. Under indirect supervision, you will perform a variety of tasks to contribute to our procurement objectives.

Your tasks:


  • Support effective performance management by defining KPIs, tools, and methods for evaluating procurement performance, and provide transparency and reporting.
  • Ensure procurement compliance by developing, implementing, and applying policies and guidelines.
  • Advise on procurement processes, standards, tools, and best practices to run an effective procurement organization with efficient systems.
  • Provide first-level support and serve as an interface to second-level support.
  • Gain holistic knowledge of the entire procure-to-pay process, including invoice processing.
  • Drive continuous improvement by challenging day-to-day processes to enhance efficiency.


Your profile:


  • Vocational or specialized training in Procurement.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, such as internships or entry-level positions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Openness to quick learning, demonstrating commitment and flexibility.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, logical, and analytical approach to work.
