Brian Currie MK Ltd is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Paint Technician to join our Bodyshop team on a full-time basis.

As a key member of our Collision Repair workshop, you'll be responsible for preparing, repairing, and refinishing vehicle body panels to manufacturer specifications, delivering a high standard of work and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out vehicle paint repairs, including surface preparation, priming, and refinishing to manufacturer standards
  • Colour identification and selection of appropriate materials such as primers, base coats, and lacquers
  • Using spray equipment and modern curing/drying techniques including UV, infrared, and catalytic systems
  • Estimating paint volumes and planning jobs efficiently to minimise waste
  • Operating relevant tools and equipment, such as mixing systems, paint booths, UV lamps, and spray guns
  • Ensuring all health & safety and compliance procedures are followed within the workshop

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in vehicle paint repair and refinishing
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to high-quality standards
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices in a collision repair environment
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow defined repair processes
