Pre-Sales Solution Architect

This role is critical to driving differentiated customer engagement and positioning Lenovo as a digital workplace innovation leader. The Experience and Innovation Lead will be responsible for curating immersive experiences, accelerating conversions through co-creation, and strengthening internal enablement platforms across Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions portfolio

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lenovo’s DWS Global Labs program, delivering immersive hands-on experiences.
  • Design and execute customer journeys that highlight Lenovo’s differentiated capabilities in AI, sustainability, and automation.
  • Organize Innovation Days, Executive Briefings, and Experiential Labs to deepen customer engagement.
  • Spearhead the use of Design Pods, POC Sandboxes, and Digital Sales Rooms to drive rapid prototyping and collaborative solutioning.
  • Facilitate workshops that shorten decision timelines and align customer needs with DWS offerings.
  • Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g., Letter.AI, TCO/ROI calculators, Lifecycle Management platforms) to create insight-driven, outcome-focused engagements.
  • Partner with Offering and Sales teams to embed intelligent experience enablers across customer touchpoints.
  • Continuously refine the digital journey across personas using data-driven feedback loops.
  • Act as the DWS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key internal tools and platforms including D365, EaaS platform, and the Offering Catalogue.

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ yrs in Innovation, Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, or Customer Experience
  • Proven B2B Tech expertise in creating differentiated customer journeys
  • Strong technical fluency in: Modern Workplace (M365, UEM, VDI); Cloud Edge (Azure, AWS, Edge AI); and Gen AI, Chatbots, RPA
  • Power BI, ROI/TCO Calculators, Digital Twins
  • Hands-on with POC/Prototype environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Strong communicator across both CxO and technical audiences
