Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for taking part and rolling out the paid media strategy across several territories.
Support team with implementation and delivery of full funnel strategy across various channels: paid social, affiliate marketing, display, paid search, TV, CTV, OOH
Help create tailored creative briefs for all activity in collaboration with Brand Marketing & Creative teams
Work closely with agency and manage creative handoff, previews and trafficking sheet for all international markets
Creative reporting: work closely with agencies to deliver best in class creative reporting and optimise creative performance
Content management: work closely with IMC team and agencies to leverage influencer content for paid channels
GTM management: attend all GTM meetings and report to the team accordingly
In partnership with the team, manage agencies on a daily basis, attend all meetings, review media plans for all channels
Calendar management: Maintain paid media flowcharts/calendars for all international markets & keep on top of innovation launch dates
Reporting: in partnership with team and agencies, help delivering weekly & monthly reports
Finance and Budget management: support managers with creating POs and invoicing
Benchmark: regularly benchmark competitors and best performing brands and report to the business
Responsibilities
Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power Point
Must-have an detailed oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines.
Must-have an organized, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-function partners
Nice-to-have understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends
Ability to work in a team or independently.
