Office/Team Manager
To be inclusive of Staff management, Office management, HR management expertise.
Looking for a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our office and seasonal team ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. Must have staff, office and HR management expertise and experience as a minimum as well as good knowledge of health and safety. The candidate will need to be highly organized, proactive and capable of multi-tasking and managing a large team as well as carrying out a wide range of tasks to join an existing established management team within a local family run business of over 7 decades.
Working hours would be based on 5 days a week to suit opening hours of the business during the summer season. During winter months 5 days a week Mon – Fri 9 - 5. To be discussed more during the interviewing process.
Useful skills:
• Oversee general office and staff operations
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping and policy enforcement
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks as necessary
• Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Excel)
• Staff employment – full time/seasonal
• Staff rotas
• Inductions
• Organising training courses
• Writing and reviewing Health & Safety Policies
