As a Nursery Room Leader at our Nuneaton Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you’ll be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent). You’ll need experience of managing a team and an enhanced DBS check. Crucially, you’re great at communicating with parents, carers and external professionals.

- Ensure our nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and education
- Champion the health, growth and development of every child in our care
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation
- Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targets
