- Help plan and deliver activities that support childrens physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well:being of all children in your care.

- Work collaboratively with nursery staff and teachers to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Help prepare and tidy the nursery or classroom, keeping the space clean and organised.
- Observe and monitor childrens progress, contributing to records and reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on their childs development.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
- Caring, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting childrens development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is advantageous.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (such as NVQ Level 2 or 3) are beneficial but not essential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
