Year 1 Primary Teacher : January to July (Challenging Behaviour)
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Year 1 Primary Teacher for a long:term position from January to July. This role requires a strong, confident educator who can manage challenging behaviour and provide stability and guidance for a class that requires extra support.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Year 1 Primary Teacher for a long:term position from January to July. This role requires a strong, confident educator who can manage challenging behaviour and provide stability and guidance for a class that requires extra support.

About The Role
- Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and assessment
- Work with a class that has a mix of needs, including challenging behaviour, requiring consistent behaviour management strategies
- Implement creative and engaging lessons to inspire and support academic and personal development
- Work closely with the SEN team and other staff to create individualised plans for pupils who need additional support
- Build strong relationships with the children to create a safe, supportive learning environment
- Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour in a primary setting
- A confident, positive approach to behaviour management
- The ability to foster resilience, cooperation, and mutual respect in the classroom
- Experience working in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 preferred)
- A passion for making a difference and helping all children achieve their potential
